Tadasana
  • In Sanskrit it means “Mountain Pose”.
  • It is a fundamental yoga position in which the yogi places their feet firmly on the ground while standing upright and straight.
Vajrasana
  • In Sanskrit “Vajra” means “thunderbolt” or “diamond”.
  • Position is believed to help in digestion and offers a deep stretch for the muscles.
Gomukhasana
  • In Sanskrit “go” denotes a cow, “mukh” denotes a face, and “asana” denotes a pose.
  • The elbows resemble a cow’s ears, while the folded legs resemble a cow’s mouth.
