Why Sleep matters for Obesity?

A sound and relaxed sleep helps in regulating our appetite and energy balance.

A Poor Sleep cycle results in:

  • Increased Hunger and weight gain
  • Increased risk for obesity

Sleep Hygiene tips for Obesity:

  • Try to keep a gap of minimum 2 – 3 hours between last meal and sleep time to ensure complete digestion of food.
  • Stay physically active during the day to support better sleep and weight control
