Steps
- Stand with your feet slightly apart.
- Keep your feet balanced.
- Inhale and raise your arms above your head.
- Interlock your fingers with your palms facing up.
- Exhale and raise your heals. Keep the arms above the head towards the sky.
- Maintain this posture for 15 seconds, with a steady and natural breathing rhythm.
- While exhaling, relax all your muscles and return to the starting position.
