Consequences of Hypoglycemia (Low Glucose Levels)
If hypoglycemia is not treated immediately, following may happen:
- Brain damage (since the brain depends on glucose)
- Loss of consciousness
- Seizures
- Accidents or falls
- Death, in extreme untreated cases
