Hypoglycemia
Low levels of sugar in blood, less than 70 mg/dl, is known as hypoglycemia.
Check your blood sugar if you have any symptoms like feeling shaky, sweaty, or extremely hungry. Check your blood sugar even if you don’t have any symptoms but suspect that it might be low.
Some food items containing simple sugars, e.g., fruit juice, sugary drinks, honey, sugar, glucose tablet, etc. should be kept readily available to be consumed in case you experience dizziness.
